2. What are the goals and objectives of the Preformulation studies? Discuss the role of flow properties, polymorphism, hydrolysis and oxidation studies for development of a formulation. (16)
3. a) Write about the method of preparation of the eye lotions in brief. Also give their evaluation parameters. (8)
b) Give a note on the evaluation of Aerosols. (8)
4. a) Discuss about the formulation and evaluation of the flocculated suspension preparation. (8)
b) Discuss the various containers and closures used in the parenteral products. (8)
5. Discuss the mass production of the hard gelatin capsule shells. Elaborate in-process and final product quality control tests for the capsules. (16)
