3. Explain mechanism of action, pharmacological actions and therapeutic uses of the anti Histaminic drugs. (16)
4. Write the pharmacological actions, therapeutic uses and adverse effects of any two of the following drugs :- (2 x 8 = 16)
a) Metformin
b) Atenolol
c) Montelukast
5. Describe in detailed the mechanism of action, pharmacological actions and therapeutic uses of the Non steroidal anti inflammatory agents. (16)
6. Enumerate hormones of the anterior pituitary gland. Describe their actions. Write down a note on their analogues and inhibitors. (16)
7. Write notes on any two of the following :- (2 x 8 = 16)
a) Bioassays
b) Thyroid hormone analogues
c) Anti gout drugs.
